The first menu is by Athan Karras and appeared in the 1969 brochure for The Intersection, a Los Angeles, California, folk dance coffeehouse where folk dancing and international music (and, as we can see, eating!) ocurred seven nights a week. The graphic menu is from a later period in The Intersection history.
