Vincent Hsu is an Associate Professor in the Department of Food Science, at National I-Lan University. His dance expertise covers Taiwanese dance, Indian dance, Japanese dance and Tibetan dance. Vincent has been a founder of a number of folk dance groups including: ORO Folk Dance Group, Taipei (1990), Hai-Yun International Folk Dance Club, I-Lan University (1992), The Global Folk Dance Association of Yilan County (2001), and Taiwan International Folk Dance Association (2004).
Vincent has taught at a number of folk dance camps including, Japan Tour (1999, 2003, 2009, 2012, 2016), Burkina Faso Tour (2012), Singapore Tour (2014), Hong Kong Tour (2018), and Asia Folk Dance Camp.
