Folk Dance Scene is the official publication of the Folk Dance Federation of California, South, Inc.
In addition to a comprehensive several-month calendar of events, it is published to educate its readers
concerning the folk dance, music, costumes, customs, lore, and culture of the peoples of the world.
It is also designed to inform them of the opportunities to experience folk dance and culture in Southern California and elsewhere.

Subscriptions

Folk Dance Scene is published ten times per year, monthly, except for combined issues in June/July and December/January.

Annual subscription rates are $25.00 USA ($30.00 Canada) for a paper copy mailed to you
or a suggested donation of $10.00 for an email subscription.
Payment should be made to Folk Dance Federation of California., South.

To subscribe to Folk Dance Scene please make your check out to "Folk Dance Federation," write "SCENE" in the memo line, fill out the Folk Dance Scene Order Form, and drop it in the mail.

Submissions

Deadline for material is the tenth day of the month preceding publication. Electronic submission is preferred. Member Clubs that wish to write for "On the Scene" or put an event in the Calendar may do so for free.

Advertising

Deadline for advertising is the tenth day of the month preceding publication. Electronic submission is preferred. The following rates apply:
